The cables both snapped so I rang Arilac and spoke to a very nice lady who promised a return call back within the hour. She called us back after 20 minutes or so informing us the repair men would be with us within the hour. They duly arrived, replaced both cables and pulleys, adjusted the tension, lubricated the mechanism and even added some support brackets at no extra charge. I recommend this company 100% and will definitely call them again. 5 stars- satisfied customer in Wickford.
